The Mission of Paulie's New Orleans Jazz & Blues Festival is to provide quality New Orleans & Louisiana jazz, blues, country, funk & zydeco music & food within an urban setting. "New Orleans & Louisiana at the street curb on a stick"
The Festival first took place in 2008, at the current site behind John & Son's II, aka John & Son's Urban Fairgrounds:>)

It's birth is a direct result of the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival which takes place every year during the last week in April and first week of May in New Orleans, Louisiana & a couple of city guys looking for something to do one weekend:>)
FDL In PaulieStock 2008, we had two bands: The Chris Fitz Band & The Hurricane Horns.
FDL For PaulieStock 2009, we expanded the music line-up to include 5 bands, including The Chris Fitz Band, The Hurricane Horns w/ Special Guest Craig Rawring of the Delta Generators as well as River City Slim & The Zydeco Hogs, Henri Smith Friends & Flavours, & LisaMarie & All Shook Up.
FDL The PaulieStock 2010 Line-up consisted of Emmanuel Baptist Church Choir, Hurricane Horns who returned for the third year & only band to play all three festivals, a returning Lisa Marie & All Shook Up as well as Henri Smith New Orleans Friends & Flavours
w/special guest Charles Neville of the Neville Brothers fame. New in 2010 were the Love Dogs, The Roadkill Orchestra, The Delta Generators, Holmes "Keep It Funky" & all the way from New Orleans - Anders Osborne!
FDL PaulieStock 2011 was a break out year for us....fourteen hundred attended the festival over two days & this was due to the quality of music presented to festival goers - Tab Benoit, Eric Lindell Band, Big Sam's Funky Nation, Mem Shannon & The Membership, Johnny Sansone, Henri Smith New Orleans Friends & Flavours w/ Amadee Castenell & Charles Neville, The Roadkill Orchestra, The Hurricane Horns & the return of the Anders Osborne Band with special guest Billy Iuso.
